Held in the mountain ranges of Ladakh, Karakoram & Zanskar, this coaching retreat is created to help you create a conscious connection - with yourself - one that grounds and supports you. Through movement and play here ; guidance & reflection shared ; along with intentional conversations, and practical tools that you get to carry back into your 9-5 life, you get to recognize inner blocks, understand your patterns, and rebuild trust in your intuition.

This is a gently guided space to showcase exactly who you are. 

Together with clarity and direction, you will get to realistically, consciously, recreate YOUR POWER at your pace.
